Using Digimed Telemedicine is just like seeing a doctor face-to-face, but instead of physically going to a clinic, you are getting care and attention in the comfort of your own home. You can even get referrals and e-prescriptions at the touch of a button.

If you choose a doctor who is currently on another call, you will be informed of the number of persons in the digital ‘waiting room’ and given an estimated waiting time till it’s your turn. Alternatively, you can instantly start a consultation session with a doctor who is free.
Schedule a future telemedicine consultation with any doctor of your choice on Digimed, at a time that suits you.
Find available doctors in your area and book a home visit.
Explain your symptoms in more detail by giving a short description and attaching a photo. You can even select from a list of symptoms to provide your clinician a better understanding of what you are feeling.

Most simple medical conditions may be diagnosed and treated via online consultation using the tools provided by Digimed
We have appointed our own medical committee team to maintain exceptional medical standards on the platform. All medical practitioners on the app will be screened prior to enrolment on the app.
Your consultation and information are completely private and confidential. Digimed uses cutting-edge technologies to ensure the security of your data is in compliance with National and European regulations.
The platform ensures that all data stored on the platform is encrypted according to current GDPR laws, protecting both the doctor and patient.
What happens after the consultation?
After each visit, the healthcare professional will complete a personalised treatment plan including EHRs, e-prescriptions, sick leave certificate & medical notes, referrals when appropriate.
Once the doctor completes the Health Record, your medical records will be automatically stored securely in one convenient-to-access app without storage limitations.
The platform provides a secure facility for healthcare professional to prescribe electronic medical prescriptions known as e-prescriptions.
After your consultation with your doctor of choice has concluded, you will be prescribed the required medicine. Once the doctor has completed the prescription form, you will get a notification which you can click on to choose a pharmacy which works with Digimed from where to collect your medication. You can also get your medication from a normal pharmacy.
You don’t need to leave the house for a sick leave certificate. Once the doctor submits any of your medical notes, you will get a notification. All your notes and certificates will be automatically saved as PDFs in your health wallet, and you will also get an email.
Our doctors can provide you with a referral to see a specialist for the next stage of treatment of further testing. As soon as the referral is made, a notification will be sent to you and a PDF of the referral note will be sent to you by email. This note will also be saved in your health records so you can access it whenever you want.
